My greatest fear is that I will fail in my mission to stop Malachi from bringing about the End of Days. I already failed by not stopping Azazeal from procreating with Cassie. And I failed when I killed Cassie instead of her son.

I’ve made so many mistakes after all these centuries. Falling for Malachi was definitely the worst. And now he’s wreaking his havoc all over Medenham and I don’t know if I’m strong enough to stop it.

I am Ella Dee, last of the anointed ones. For centuries I have been sworn to stop the fallen angel, Azazeal, from siring a son and thus allowing the Nephelim to walk the earth.

I am a powerful witch and have used my powers to keep evil at bay. I've almost been burned alive (and forced to relive that moment), but I never let anything stop me from achieving my goal.

I am a failure. I allowed myself to be distracted and now evil has a stronghold in the world. My failure has cost the lives of many and could cost the lives of many more if I do not atone for my sins and correct my mistakes.
